Access MyLibrary

MyLibrary is your personal Library account. Sign in to MyLibrary to:

Sign in to MyLibrary and go to the Loans tab to see a list of the items you currently have out on loan and their due dates.

Items on loan to you are automatically renewed prior to their due date unless they have been requested by another user or the item is overdue.

To renew loans yourself:

sign-in to MyLibrary and go to the Loans tab
view your loans and choose either to Renew All or select the individual item you wish to renew.

If someone requests an item you have out on loan, it may be recalled and the due date shortened.

You will get to keep the item for two weeks from the date of recall.

If any of your loans are recalled:

you will receive an email (to your Macquarie University email address) advising you of the new due date
you cannot renew a recalled item
return the item by the new due date to make it available to the next person who needs it

On the Requests tab you can view your current requests on items that are on loan, in the Automated Retrieval Collection and that are Interlibrary Loan requests.
You can see the status of your request and cancel it if it is no longer needed.

The Fines + fees tab displays recent fines owing for overdue items.
Student library fines are transferred to the Cashier's Office once per month, they will no longer be visible in MyLibrary.
Transferred fines can be paid via E-Student.
