Having problems using databases?

This page has been created to provide information about reported issues and other technical issues to do with eresources such as databases, ebooks and ejournals.

Please refer to the 'Reported Problems and Issues' on this page to determine if the problem is due to database downtimes or other issues specific to a particular resource.

If the problem is not specific to one resource please refer to the page below related to your problem:

Access & login problems - This page will assist you when you are having problems accessing a site or logging into a resource.

Problems using databases - This page will assist you when you are having issues with searching or using a resource once you have logged in.

Problems accessing documents - This page will assist you if you are unable to access or open documents.

Access to eresources

Please Note: Access to the majority of Library eresources off campus is restricted to current staff and students.

Members of the public are only able to access eresources within the Library building.
