PsycInfo (OVID) Video : PsycInfo is the major database for Psychology literature and is produced by the American Psychological Association (APA). This video will guide you through the process of doing a crafted search in PsycInfo: using the “Map terms to subject headings” facility, using Boolean operators to combine search elements and using “limits” for various things including case studies.

Searching PsycINFO (on the Ovid Platform)

CINAHL (EBSCO) Video :  CINAHL is very useful health database which complements Medline and PsycInfo. It focuses on Nursing and Allied Health disciplines. This video will guide you through the process of doing a crafted search in CINAHL: using the “find subject terms” facility, using Boolean operators to combine search elements and include using “limits” for research articles.
