Open Educational Resources

OERs are free and accessible online teaching and learning resources.

What are OERs?

Open Educational Resources (OERs) are teaching, learning and research materials in any medium that reside in the public domain or have been released under an open license that permits no-cost access, use, adaptation and redistribution by others. Creative Commons

OERs are educational materials which are licensed in ways that provide permissions for individuals and institutions to re-use, adapt and modify the materials for their own use. OERs can, and do include full courses, textbooks, streaming videos, exams, software, and any other materials or techniques supporting learning. OER Foundation
