The best way to find newspapers published in a specific country is to search by Publication title. You may have to first research relevant newspapers published in a particular country so you can search for them in the Newspapers Source Plus database.
On the homepage, click on the Publications link
Type the newspaper title into the search bar and click Browse
If the relevant newspaper is available, you can click on the title link to access the archived issues available
You can also search by topic within the newspaper
If you would like to search for a topic within multiple newspapers, follow these steps:
In the Advanced Search screen, you can now add your topics of interest
This database provides access to newspapers from Australia and New Zealand.
If you would like to find newspaper articles published in a particular country, e.g. New Zealand, you need to use the field code CP for place of publication.
In the Advanced Search screen, enter your topic search term on the first line. On the second line, enter the place of publication using the CP field code, e.g. CP(New Zealand)
In the results screen, click on the Publication title filter on the left-hand side to see the newspapers retrieved by your search.
Click on More to see a fuller title list.
