MultiSearch

Macquarie University and Hospital staff and postgraduate students (including honours students in their honours year) are eligible to request Interlibrary Loans. Items not held by the Library can be requested directly through MultiSearch via a new method of requesting items. 

• Sign in to MultiSearch (top right of the screen)

• and search to see if the Library already holds the required item

• If it is not held by Macquarie use Expand beyond library collections link, and search again to see if your required item appears, and check for any Get it for me options appearing for your record

• Use the Get it options to request your interlibrary loan

Items not findable through MultiSearch will still be requestable through the existing Interlibrary loan request form located in the top menu of MultiSearch.

MQ staff and students may recommend individual books to be purchased for the Library Collection, if we do not already hold a copy, via the Book purchase request form
